Standard Components

• Alumni tracking by graduating class and school or campus attended.

• An alumni portal where alumni log in to update their own contact information, employment, and education details, so your records stay current without staff data entry.

• An opt-in alumni directory in the portal, filterable by class year and current industry. Each alum chooses whether to appear in the directory and which of their details are visible. The standard directory starts with alumni’s name, email, city/state location, workplace, and industry.

• Alumni event management for simple, free events, including the ability to invite alumni to specific events. Alumni can register in the portal, and your team can track who actually shows up, send mass emails to event registrants and attendees, and report on overall event attendance.

• One alumni survey (such as an annual “where are you now” update), with responses linked to each alum's record and reportable by class year. We provide a standard survey with basic questions, and your team expands the questions during delivery.

• One alumni engagement dashboard showing directory opt-ins, event attendance, and survey responses by class year.

Customizable Components

• Portal branding with your school's logo, images, and brand colors.

• Up to 3 custom fields on the alumni profile and directory.

• Up to fifteen custom questions on the alumni survey, with wording provided by your team.
