  • An automated email acknowledgement process that can send campaign-specific thank you emails or a standard thank you email. It’s smart enough to deal with donors who are opted out or don’t have a sendable email address!

  • Emails are logged to the gift transaction timeline, so you can tell not only when an acknowledgement was sent, but even read the content of the acknowledgement at a later date.

  • A manually-triggered version of the above automation. If a gift transaction doesn’t meet the criteria for a completely automated acknowledgement, you can send the email when you’re ready.
