Salesforce System Administrator, Managed Services

Position Summary 

Our team is hiring a system administrator to support our managed services team. This individual will report to the Managed Services Lead Consultant and will assist the team in supporting our clients’ needs in multiple Salesforce orgs. This role is perfect for someone with a little Salesforce or CRM maintenance experience who wants to work a flexible, part-time job.

While Salesforce experience is helpful, what we’re really looking for is a great personality fit for this role and the broader Tipping Point team. This person needs to love solving problems, even if it takes a while. They need to thrive on switching between tasks, and be able to manage shifting priorities. Above all, this individual needs to be able to connect with clients and teammates on a human level, and communicate clearly and empathetically.

Responsibilities

  • Respond flexibly to the needs of clients and coworkers

  • Support clients by pulling reports, troubleshooting issues, and communicating changes

  • Assist the team in preparing clients for Salesforce releases

  • Continue learning about new features and functionality in Salesforce

  • Use Asana to effectively communicate with clients about outstanding tickets and new ideas 

Qualifications

  • Proven skills and delight in problem solving

  • Ability to frequently transition between tasks as priorities shift

  • Desire to learn more about Salesforce and to bring new ideas to the table

  • Salesforce admin or front-end user (specifically for nonprofit or education orgs) desired but not required

Hours & Compensation

  • Part-Time Hourly – 15-20 hours/week to start

  • Hourly Wage -- $20-$30/hour, depending on qualifications

Additional Information

  •  Employees must maintain their own computer setup capable of meeting the needs of the job. The company provides an annual technology and office budget.

  • Hourly employees accrue PTO based on time worked and are partially paid for company holidays

  • Quarterly profit sharing applies to all Tipping Point employees and contractors
